Description:
Eastside has three hire spaces available for castings, interviews, training days, rehearsals, socials, meetings and more. All three spaces have high-speed fibre WiFi connections, plus there are flipcharts, whiteboards, projectors and tea, coffee and biscuits available for an additional charge. You are welcome to bring in external catering and plates and cutlery can be provided for an extra fee. The basement spaces are fully accessible via a lift.

We can also hire camera equipment, lights and cycloramas for castings and photoshoots.

All proceeds from our Eastside hire spaces go towards funding our core work delivering creative engagements to disadvantaged children and young people across London.
Studio Space: Eastside’s Studio is a self-contained flexible workshop space within that can be used for training events, workshops, product launches, meetings or rehearsals. It is especially suited to filming, particularly documentary interviews, as it’s basement location provides natural soundproofing and controllable lighting conditions.

Long Room: the Long Room is a flexible space that can be set up to seat up to 18 boardroom style, or left open-plan for workshops, rehearsals, training sessions or photoshoots. It is particularly suited to castings and interviews as there is a dedicated waiting area outside the room. It’s basement location provides good soundproofing, and it has some natural light.

Meeting Room: the ground floor Meeting Room is bright and spacious with a ceiling light-well and is ideal for meetings and training sessions. It can be set-up boardroom style to seat 14 or more flexibly in classroom or theatre style.
