Terms & Conditions

Before photography or cinematography at Perseverance Works takes place there are a number of conditions that have to be observed by all photographers/production companies. You must produce in advance of the shoot your Public Liability / Third Party Insurance, a letter of indemnity and a method statement plus shot list if you are a production company. There are no exceptions (even for shareholders).

On production of the above documents Perseverance Works will produce a menu of available options containing the sighting of equipment and specific requirements for your shoot /production. This will attract a fee which starts at £150.00 plus VAT payable in advance. We can then ensure that your shoot can maximise this fantastic location.

Location fees are based on the media and usage the images are intended for and are negotiated in advance. All fees will be invoiced by PWF Ltd. and will attract VAT.

The typical costs are:

- Parking of generator: £150.00 per day or part of day
- Scissor Lifts: £100.00 per day or part of day
- Parking of lighting/camera truck: £100.00 per day or part of day
- Cherry pickers/crane: £150.00 per day or part of day

There are charges for strike days, track laying and power cable routing.

Production companies must engage the services of a Perseverance Works security guard.

There will be an administration charge of £150 per day or part of during the shoot.

All days are from 8am until 6pm. Over time and night shoots will attract extra costs.

Film production companies who have filmed at Perseverance Works include:

- Wall to Wall (New Tricks) Ltd
- ‘The Broken’ Thriller Ltd
- Flynn Productions Ltd
- Impossible Pictures Ltd (Primeval 2)

ALL FEES MUST BE PAID 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF SHOOT DATE

In addition to the courtyard, we have a 3000 sq foot roof space at the top of unit 21 with spectacular views of the city of London.

NOTE: Users of either the courtyard or roof space do so entirely at their own risk. The directors and Shareholders accept no liability for any damage to property or injury sustained.
