The price for 2 hours parking is £7.70, 4 hours £11.70, 6 hours £13.30 and 9 hours £15 (prices correct at time of publishing). The parking area is open from 6am to 8pm. Pay and park

The price for the pay and park parking around PW is between £2 and £3.50 per hour. The maximum stay is between 2 and 4 hours (please see relevant machine) and vehicles cannot return within an hour. The minimum time that can be bought is 15 minutes and tickets should be bought not more than five minutes after parking (not in advance).

During weekends, Tower Hamlets Council offers free parking for 2 hours in any pay and display or mixed use bay in the areas surrounding Columbia Road Flower Market. Please check signs and road markings.

Parking at PW

Parking in the courtyard or surrounding alleyways is NOT allowed at Perseverance Works. A maximum of twenty minutes is permitted for the loading or unloading of vehicles. This is entirely at the discretion of the Security Guard.

PWFL have a number of parking spaces available for long-term contract parking. Please contact Paul King for details.

For parking at PW, the price is £16 .50p including VAT per day. Please note we only accept card payments. Visit  the security hut for more details.

WEEKEND and AFTER HOURS ACCESS is via the Waterson Street entrance. However, access is only permitted should the vehicle in question display the correct disc (blue/orange). Security Guards are instructed to deny access to all other vehicles.

Each unit/office is entitled to ONE “out of hours” parking disc.

For access allowing contractors to work over the weekend,  please contact our security guards at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit with the name, vehicle registration number and estimated time of arrival of the contractor. Details will then be posted on the courtyard calendar so that all tenants are aware of scheduled works and visitors.
