Eastside has three large spaces available to hire, as well as 15 desk spaces available for long-term leasing, within our open plan coworking office space.

Space Hire

Our spaces are ideal for castings, photo shoots, interviews, training days, rehearsals, socials, meetings and more.

All three spaces have high-speed fibre WiFi connections, plus there are flipcharts, whiteboards, projectors and light refreshments available for an additional charge. You are welcome to bring in external catering if you prefer. The basement spaces are fully accessible via a lift. We also hire camera equipment, lights and cycloramas for castings and photoshoots.

The Long Room is a flexible space that can be set up to seat up to 18 boardroom style, 14 classroom or theatre style, or left open-plan for workshops, rehearsals, training sessions or photoshoots. It is particularly suited to castings and interviews as there is a dedicated waiting area outside the room. Its basement location provides good soundproofing, and it has some natural light.

The Studio is a large self-contained flexible workshop space that can be used for training events, workshops, product launches, meetings or rehearsals. The room can comfortably accommodate up to 40 guests.  It is especially suited to filming, particularly documentary interviews, as its basement location provides natural soundproofing and controllable lighting conditions. A partition wall can divide the space into two smaller spaces.

The Meeting Room is a bright and spacious ground floor room and is ideal for meetings and training sessions.  This contains an attractive meeting table and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.

All proceeds from our space hire go towards funding Eastside’s core work delivering creative workshops and activities to the most underserved children and young people across London and the UK.

Desk hire

We have 15 desk spaces available for long-term leasing in our open plan coworking space.

Our office spaces come with a range of benefits, including;
