Nigel Armstrong, PW’s Facilities Manager, will be on site once a week (on Tuesdays) to deal with any maintenance and repairs issues. Freeholders will be able to find him at Charity House, 14 Perseverance Works and can contact him on nigel.armstrong@perseveranceworks.co.uk.

When Nigel Armstrong is not on site, Paul King will handle any emergency Facilities Management problems. He can be contacted via email at pk@paul-king.com

There is also a Facilities Management logbook at the security hut for anyone wishing to report breakages or repairs, which the Facilities Manager will then deal with when he is next on site.
