Nigel Armstrong, PW’s Facilities Manager, will be on site once a week (on Tuesdays) to deal with any maintenance and repairs issues. Freeholders will be able to find him at Charity House, 14 Perseverance Works and can contact him on nigel.armstrong@perseveranceworks.co.uk.

When Nigel Armstrong is not on site, Melanie Osborne will handle any emergency Facilities Management problems. She can be contacted either at her office in The Sculpture Factory, 14 Charity House, on 07796 693 653 or via email at melanie.osborne@perseveranceworks.co.uk.

There is also a Facilities Management logbook at the security hut for anyone wishing to report breakages or repairs, which the Facilities Manager will then deal with when he is next on site.
